The rules
- Warm up: five minutes of walking or marching on the spot.
- Got all 12 reps with good form? Go a little heavier next time.
- Move slowly. Breathe out as you push.
- Rest one to two minutes between sets.
- Sore next day is normal. Joint pain: skip that move.
- Health condition? See your doctor first.
Your lifts, week by week
Once a week, write the weight you used and the reps you got on your last set.
The PDF has a page for it, one row each for: Goblet squat, Step-up, One-arm row, Dumbbell deadlift. The spreadsheet log works out your next weights for you.
After week 12, keep it for life
Keep three days a week. Strength and balance fade when you stop.
